1. Verify the professional market appearance and business practices of business partners
2. Make formal business transactions a must and demand order confirmations and invoices in legally binding formats
3. The more lucrative the price, the more important are factors such as concrete product characteristics, purchase conditions and the trustworthiness of the seller.
4. Advise the zentrada trade management of problems and misgivings early-on.
5. Check historical data. The "member since" date gives you information on the length of time the partner has been a member of zentrada and is an indicator that so far there have not been any problems with business transactions
6. For larger transactions, utilize secure transaction processes via COD (with partial down payment) or via proven trustee services
